Terms & Conditions KL99 – Platform Terms of Use

Within these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kl99" / "Platform" / "We" refers to the online platform operated under the domain kl99.cash, including all services, games, and features offered.
• "User" / "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who registers for or uses kl99's services.
• "Account" refers to a user account duly registered on the kl99 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credit balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in the user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by kl99.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Terms" refers to this Terms & Conditions document along with all related policies and guidelines.

To register and use the kl99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed immediately.
• Registering as an individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or restriction enforced by kl99 or the relevant authorities.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• Not using kl99's services for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.

Registering a kl99 account is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One account only permitted per individual, email address, phone number, device, and unique IP address. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited, and all associated accounts may be closed without notice.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to kl99.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Kl99 reserves the right to reject any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

Kl99 offers a variety of bonuses and exciting promotions for members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only by each eligible new account.
• All bonuses carry rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before any bonus balance may be withdrawn. The standard rollover is between 15x and 35x, depending on the bonus type.

Kl99 offers a wide range of game categories including live casino, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and e-sports. The following general rules apply to all game categories:

• All games are conducted using audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or through trained live dealers. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed once a round or hand has been completed.
• Any technical failure or network disruption occurring during an active game session will be resolved based on kl99's system records, which are final.
• Kl99 reserves the right to void and refund bets in the event of a system failure that compromises the integrity of a game.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table are clearly displayed within the game interface.
• For e-sports and match odds, kl99 reserves the right to suspend or void bets if a significant change occurs to the event in question, such as match cancellation or a serious technical disruption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kl99 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraud and Forgery: This includes providing false identity information, using fraudulent documents, or misrepresenting any account information.
• Money Laundering: Using kl99 to process or conceal funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Use of Bots and Automated Software: Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to play or interact with the kl99 platform.
• Collusion and Manipulation: Colluding with other players to cheat the game system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of Technical Vulnerabilities: Seeking out or exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the kl99 system for financial gain.
• Multiple Account Usage: Registering or using more than one kl99 account under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access another user's account or kl99's internal systems without authorisation.

Kl99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• A self-suspension request submitted by the player through the self-exclusion programme.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Orders or directives issued by the relevant authorities.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, kl99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds remaining in the account. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid account balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the review process.

• Kl99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a user disclosing their login credentials to a third party.
• All game outcomes recorded by the kl99 system are final unless a verified technical error can be proven.
• Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. kl99 is not responsible for gambling addiction or personal financial difficulties arising from the use of the platform.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
